This jumperskirt is one-of-a-kind design in size 14 (bust 38-42 inches, waist 34-38 inches) and comes with a coordinating rosette brooch. The rosette features a wood center, backed with lace and surrounded by tiers of silk and velvet ribbons. Please note that this rosette has raw edged slubbed silk ribbon, the edges of which will continue to fray over time.
