This item is part of the Mystic Wandering Spirit collection, which was a collaboration between Mossbadger and Korean indie designer and fine artist Haenuli. The clothing was based on Mossbadger's Mystic Tarot dress design and Haenuli's Wandering Spirit tarot deck.
