Because our items are handmade and one-of-a-kind or limited edition, we do not offer refunds - only exchanges or store credit for a future order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, and with it's original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for exchanges.

You have 10 days upon arrival to contact us if there are any issues. After 10 days, we unfortunately cannot offer any exchanges.

The following are exempt from return, refund, or exchange: earrings, tights, sticker sheets, lucky bags, and custom orders.

If your order arrives damaged, is lost during shipping, or there is an issue due to our error, please email us as soon as possible so we can try to work out a solution.
